Optional Direct Debit Program for Water & Sewer Bills
The direct debit program is a great way to save time, postage, and to stop worrying about getting your payment in on time, even if you are out of town.

Direct Debit Enrollment Information
If you decide to enroll in the program, you will still receive your monthly paper bill for your records and your bill will indicate that you are enrolled in our direct debit program. This will let you know that you don’t need to worry about writing a check. We will not accept applications for the direct debit program via email for security reasons.

After your application is approved, we will deduct the bill amount from your checking or savings account just before the due date. This means your money stays in your account until it is actually needed to pay your bill. In the unlikely event of a billing error or dispute, this also gives you about three weeks to let us know if there is a problem or question about your bill.

To enroll, print out the Enrollment Form and mail it to the Village Hall or include it with your next payment. Please allow two weeks for processing.

You will still receive your monthly bill, and we will indicate on the the payment stub if you are enrolled in the program. Once you see that message, you will no longer need to mail in a check.
