The Elburn West Towns Human Services Network is located in the Community Center at 525 North Main Street, Room 10. The West Towns Human Services Network was created by a consortium of local township mental health boards. Locally, the townships of Big Rock, Blackberry, Kaneville, Sugar Grove, Virgil, Aurora, and Batavia  participate and fund many services.
